     Apple Cider Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
3 T. flour
1 T. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
4 C. apple cider
1 C. water
4 T. cider vinegar
4 carrots
 
3 potatoes
1 medium onion
2 celery stalks
1 apple
1 bag frozen peas

Instructions
Mix together flour, salt, pepper, and thyme in a gallon sized bag. Add stew meat to flour mixture and toss to coat.
Brown stew meat in a small amount of oil on all sides.
Add liquids and simmer meat for 2 hours. Chop and add remaining vegetables, expect peas.
Cook until vegetables are tender (30 min - 1 hour). Add peas at end.
