Pre-heat oven at 375.
Put butter , onions, zucchini in skillet for 10 minutes(simmer) then add spices.
Beat eggs in a bowl and add Motz cheese.
Spread Crescent rolls out in 8 x 11 baking dish. Mix eggs and cheese wutg zucchini, butter, onions, spices, and pour into dish.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. The first 10 minutes of baking time put foil around the edge of the crust.
