Boil potatoes 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Beat potatoes and next 3 ingredients until smooth. Stir in milk and remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 9 baking dish. Cover & chill, if desired or can be frozen. When ready to cook, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes or until bubbly.
