     Black Russian Cake

1 Pkg dark chocolate cake mix
1 Pkg(3oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 C vegetable oil
4 eggs
3/4 C strong coffee
1/2 C creme de cacao
1/4 C Kahlua

Preheat oven to 350f Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan until 3/4 full (I always use my bundt pan).
Bake 45-50 minutes
This makes a very moist dark chocolate cake. When I'm not pregnant I poke holes with a skewer in to top of the finished cake and pour over a mixture of kahlua, creme de cacao and coffee. Maybe 2 table spoons each.
