     Vodka Cream Sauce

  Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

1/4 cup Grey Goose Vodka
1 28oz can italian stewed tomatoes
1 tblspn extra virgin olive oil
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tblspn real butter
1/4 cup grated red onion
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

Saute red onion in olive oil & butter until translucent. Add in stewed tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Turn heat up slightly and add in all other ingredients. Stir frequently for 10 min.
Salt & pepper to taste and pour over freshly cooked pasta.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over bow tie pasta with homade meatballs
