make 3 holes
put oil in one
vinegar in 2nd hole
vanilla in 3rd hole
pour cold water over all and mix well with fork.
mash out lumps
run fork tip back and forth to break air bubbles
bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
check middle with toothpick
Frosting- 1/2 box of powdered sugar, add a little milk till stiff,add 1/2 stick softened butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 4-6 tablsp cocoa
stir till smooth and stiff
