     edamame avocado dip

Ingredients
1 -12 oz bag frozen shelled edamame thawed
1 medium avocado cut up
1/4 cup onion chopped
3 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp basil pesto
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
chopped tomato
pitachips or tortilla chips
 

Instructions
in a food processor combine edamame, avocado, onion, lemon juice, pesto, salt, pepper. combine till nearly smooth
place dil in an air tight container and refrigerate
add chopped tomato on top when serving serve with pita chips or tortilla chips
