     Stuffed baked potatoes

Servings   as many as you want
Preptime   15 minutes

as many potatoes as you need(1 perperson)
about 2 tablespoons salsa per potatoe
1 teaspoon butter per potatoe
handful of shredded cheese(any kind)
1 teaspoon sour cream per potatoe
1 finely chopped onion
and scallons to taste

Take the uncooked potatoes and put them in the microwave for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. When they are done take them out and cut them in half. Set them out on a plate.
Now take a spoon and carve the insides of the potatoe out and put it in a bowl, do this with all the potatoes. Now put the salsa, butter, and cheese in the bowl with the potatoes.
Mix well. Put in mocrowave for about 1 to 2 minutes. Now take the potatoe fillings and put them in heaping spoonfuls into the potatoe skins.
Now to finish it off put the sour cream on top in small amounts with a bout 2 or three small chopped scallions and onions. Serve warm.
