     Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth OR Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 large carrot, cut into 2 inch matchstick-thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
 

Instructions
MIX cornstarch, broth, honey and mustard. COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned. Add carrot and onion. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp. ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve with rice.
For Extra Flavorful Rice- Cook rice in Swanson® Chicken Broth instead of water. No need to add salt or butter.
