Ingredients
1 large onion
2 huge beefsteak tomatoes or around 6 plum tomatoes
oil
crushed garlic
crushed red pepper
black pepper
salt
sugar
 
Instructions
chop onion and saute in oil with the crushed garlic.
when the onion is slightly browned add the chopped tomatoes. season to taste.
Serving Suggestions
you can play around with the amounts depending on if you want something sweeter or sharper.
