     Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredients
32 oz canned pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
12 oz evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Parkay squeezable butter
Around 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
 
1 Yellow Cake Mix

Instructions
Mix together pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top.
Coat top evenly with butter. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
