     Braised Kale

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups thinly sliced onion
1/3 cup thinkly sliced garlic
10 cups loosely packed chopped kale (about 2 lbs)
1 cup fat free lower sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
 

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and garlis; cook 10 minutes or until golden, stirring frequently. Add kale, broth, 1 cup water, and red pepper; cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat,l and simmer 20 minutes. Stid in vinegar, salt and black pepper.
