Melt margarine and pour over sugar. Stir until well blended. Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture. Stir until well blended. Sift flour, salt and cocoa together. Add to sugar and egg mixture. Stir until smooth and well blended. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Spread mashmallows over cake and return to oven for 2 minutes. Pour warm icing over warm cake.
