     Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
1 C. Sugar
2 T Cornstarch
1 C Water
Red Food Coloring
1 Box (3oz) StrawBerry Jello
1 Qt plus 1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
whipped cream-made
9 inch unbacked pie crust or graham cracker crust
 
Instructions
In a small saucepan cook sugar, cornstarch, an water until clear. Stir in a few drops of food coloring and the jello-Cool.
Carefully fold in the washed and well-drained strawberrries-arrange in pie crust and top with whipped cream.
