     Potato Soup

Ingredients
3 C. Chopped Potatoes
3 C. Water
1/2 C. diced Carrots
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
1 1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper
1/2 Lb. Velveeta Cheese
 
Instructions
Mix all but cheee and cook 20 Min until Tender. Mix 2 T Flour into 1 1/2 Milk (slowly with a whip) then add to the soup to thicken
Add the Velveeta Cheese and Melt.
