1 Can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
2 C Miniature Marshmellows
3 Large Bananas, sliced
1/2 C. Finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Can Manadarin Oranges
Instructions
Cooked Salad Dressing- make night before and refrigerate-
1 C. Pineapple Juice
1/2 C. Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
2 T cornstarch
1 T butter
1 C. Whipped Topping (cool whip)
Cook over Medium Heat, stirring until Thick. Then cover and refrigerate.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 C water and lemon jello. Add 1C. ice cubers, stir until melted. Add pineapple. Pour into a 9 x 13 pyrex dish, refrigerate until jello is Set. (1- 1.5 hours)
Repeat above with orange Jello, using remaining water and ice cubes. Stir in Mandarin Oranges and Marshmellows. Pour over the Lemon Layer, and refrigerate unitl Jello is Set.
Next Day, arrange the Bananan Slices over the top of Jello. Mix the Dressing with the whipped topping ad spread over bananas. Finally, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and serve.
