     Coating for baked fish

Ingredients
Melt butter in pan
Bread crumbs (Penco)
Lemon Lime zest
Old Bay seasoning
garlic powder
minced onion
fresh green onions
Thyme
 
Egg whites
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Pour melted butter in dry mix.
Coat fish. Coat again in egg whites. Bake at 400o 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown
