     Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
Turkey Juice from roasting
2 C. Turkey stock
Salt and Pepper to taste
Flour
 

Instructions
Pour turkey drippings after roasting into a pot and let separate. Spoon off fat and set aside.
Pour 2 Cups of turkey stock into roasting pan and heat on medium heat. Add some cooked skin to flavor and color. brown.
Mix cooked stock and drippings together and sieve. Set aside. Mix fat and flour together and cook until golden. Slowly add drippings and cook over medium heat until thickened.
1 Tbls Fat - 1 Tbls flour - 1 C. Liquid
