3-4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast (I cut into small cubes)
1/2 cup margarine (I use Olive Oil)
Instructions
In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and dressing mix. Dip chicken in olive oil, then roll in crumb mixture to coat. Place on greased 13x9 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45mins or until done.
