Pomegranate-Lime Muesli with Goji Berries and Appl

Ingredients
½ cup old fashioned oats
Pinch of salt
¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 fl. oz. natural pomegranate-lime juice
1 Tbsp. goji berries, substitute other dried fruits if necessary
2 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
½ small apple, unpeeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. raw cashews, lightly toasted
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for the cashews, and soak overnight
in the refrigerator (at least 8 hours). Stir the cashews into the
muesli in the morning
