     EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients
Grated chocolate for decoration
Fresh cream for decoration
150 gms cooking chocolate
300 ml Fresh Cream
2 tblsp sugar
4 eggs separated
 

Instructions
Break chocolate into top of double boiler & stir till melted. Cool slightly. Stir in the yolks & beat till smooth and thick. Quickly fold the chocolate mixture into the cream
Beat egg whites till stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar & beat till glossy.
Fold in half the egg whites into the chocolate mixture till well mixed.
Repeat with remaining egg white mixture. Pour into a dish and chill till firm.
Serving Suggestions
Serve decorated with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
