Preheat over to 350F cook turkey, onion, bell pepper, black pepper, and basil in nonstick skillet over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink, breaking up meat and stirring ocassionally.
Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 cup salsa; remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese & nacho dip in small coat 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray
To assemble lasagna add 1/3 of crushed chips on bottom of prepared dish spreading to cover. Top half the hamburger mixture spread half the cheese mixture over hamburger and repeat layers once. TOP with remaining crushed chips; pour remaining salsa evenly over chips Bake 30mins or until heated through. Let sit 10 mins before serving.
Double for 9x13 or 10x14 dish
