Mix pretzels, stick of melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Meanwhile, dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water with strawberries. Cool completely.
Mix cool whip, cup sugar, and cream cheese. Carefully spread on top of room temperature pretzels all the way to the edges.
When strawberry mixture has cooled down, spoon on top of cool whip. Refrigerate overnight.
