Mix magarine, sugar, and milk in heavy 2 1/2 - 3 quart sauce pan, bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingrediants. Mix well. Pour into greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan, Cool at room temp, cut into squares.
