     Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower
1/4 tsp salt
1 - 10 1/2oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 - 4oz package shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
2 Tbsps butter or margarine (melted)
1 tsp soy sause
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees - break cauliflower in covered, large saucepan over medium low heat, in one inch boiling water, cook cauliflower with salt 10 minutes; drain well
Meanwhile in 2 quart casserole, stir together undiluted soup, cheese, mayonnaise, and curry powder; add cauliflower; mix well. Toss bread crumbs in melted butter; sprinkle on top
Bak 30 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly
