Ingredients
4 cups sifted flour
1 tsbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups lard
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup water
 

Instructions
Blend flour, sugar, and salt; add shortening and beaten egg. Blend in vinegar and cold water.
