     Mousse Au Chocolat

Ingredients
4 ounces of dark Chocolate
1 tablespoon sugar
3 egg yolks
5 egg whites
 

Instructions
Melts chocolate over medium heat. Remove and add sugar. Stir well and add egg yolks one at a time. Beat until stiff, glossy peaks are formed. Fold in whiles until well blended. Pour into serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit in refrigerator overnight
