     German Cabbage Buns

Ingredients
1 med head cabbage, shredded
1 med onion, shredded
1 lb hamburger
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of black pepper
 

Instructions
Let frozen dough rise. Place shredded cabbage and onions in frying pan; cook until tender and browned. Fry hamburger in another pan; drain grease. Mix with cabbage, salt and pepper; cool. Cut dough in half after it has risen and roll out on floured area. Thickness of dough should be about pie crust thickness. Cut into squares or triangles.
Place about 2 Tbsp. of cabbage and hamburger mixture in the middle of square. Pinch up sides to form bun. Place in greased 2X8X12 pan. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
