     Chicory with cheese sauce and ham

Ingredients
chicory
ham
cheese
1 1/2 Tsp flower
1/2 L milk
potatoes
butter
nutmeg
egg
 

Instructions
Brown butter. Add chicory and a bit of water. Cover and keep on low heat for 15-20 minutes
Bechamel cheese sauce- Melt butter. Add flower, egg and small amount of milk. Stir and add remainder of milk. Let to boil and add cheese.
Once chicory is cooked, roll up in ham. Put them in a oven dish. Cover with cheese sauce. Top with breadcrums and cheese. Grill for 20 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with boiled potatoes
