That's the basic recipe. Mix the dry ingredients together and
then mix in the wet. spoon batter into muffin tins/paper cases.
It should make about 10.
Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes until risen and brown on top.
They don't stay fresh for long but freeze really well and defrost
fast. If you put one in your bag when you leave for work, by the
time you've arrived, it's ready to eat!
