Mix 3 cups of berries and 1/2 cup sugar together. Let set for 1/2 hour.

Take remaining berries and mash. Cook with 1 cup water for 2 minutes. Strain. Add 1 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook until thick and clear.

|
Drain 3 cups sugared berries and put in bottom of pie crust. Pour cooked mixture over.
|
|
|
Let Cool and serve. Preferrably with vanilla ice cream!
