3 1/2 cups organic chicken broth
|
|
1/4 tsp black pepper
|
|
1 medium carrot, sliced
|
|
1 stalk celery, sliced
|
|
1/2 cup uncooked extrta wide egg noodles
|
|
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
|
|

For an Asian twist-
|
|
2 green onions sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
|
|
1 clove minced garlic
|
|
1 tsp ground ginger
|
|
2 tsp soy sauce
|
|
Subsitiute uncooked curly Asian (ramen) noodles for the egg noodles.

Instructions |
|
|
Heat broth, pepper, carrot and celerey in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil.
|
|
|
Stir in noodles and chicken. Reduce heat to medium, Cook for 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
|
|
|
For Asian recipe; follow recipe, just add substitued and additional ingredients accordingly.
