     Butterscoth Filling

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 beaten egg yolk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup water
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1/3 cup butterscotch chips
 

Instructions
Combine sugar, cornstarch in sauce pan. Stir in evaporated milk, water, butterscotch chips and egg yolk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly till thick. Stir in butter, coconut and nuts.
You can put filling into baked pie shell
