Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry the chicken
breasts. Combine the cilantro, hot sauce, and mayo in a bowl. Mix
the breadcrumbs and parmesan in a separate bowl.

Dip each one of the chicken breasts into the mayo (make sure the
mayo covers all areas of the meat and wipe off any excess) and then
put each into the breadcrumb bowl and coat.

Put all breasts in a glass baking dish.
|
|
|
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out of oven and check
chicken - juice should run clear. Broil for 3-4 extra minutes for
crispiness.
