Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp diced onions
dash of pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup ketchup
3 tbsp vinager
3 tbsp sugar
 
1/2 cup water
Instructions
mix the first 5 ingredients together roll into balls place into 9x13 pan
mix he rest of the ingredients and pour over meat balls and bake 350 for 1 hour
