Heat oven to 400. Grease 10 inch dish or pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 1 min with mixer, pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean should take 35 to 40 min. Cool 5 min, slice and serve.
