Ingredients
1 cube beef bouillon
1 cup water
2 cups cooked beef (or left over pot roast)
5 medium diced potatoes
4 medium onions
1 clove minced garlic
3 stalks celery
4 sliced carrots
 

Instructions
Dissolve bullion cube in water (may sub 1 cup of left over beef juice or gravy). Cook potatoes and onions and celery and carrots until tender. If already cooked, heat until just warm. Add garlic. Thicken sauce with cornstarch as needed for consistency.
