     Meatless Meatballs

Ingredients
1 cup soaked walnuts
1.5 cups portabellas marinated with a little nama shoyu, olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic
thyme, oregano, parsley to taste
2 more cloves garlic
sea salt and crushed red pepper to taste
olive oil for consistency
 

Instructions
In a food processor, blend together all. Then with your hands roll out 1 inch balls place on dehydrator tray and dehydrate for 4-6 hours at 115.
Serving Suggestions
With tomato sauce and on top of pasta, squash, quinoa
