Boil water and butter. Lower heat and add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until mixture balls.

Add beaten eggs all at once, beat until thick.
|
|
|
Spoon onto baking sheet (ungreased). Bake at 400 for 35-40 min. Cool.
|
|
|
Beat vanilla and heavy cream. Fill puffs until pastry bag and tip. Heat choclate frosting and drizzle over cream puffs.
