3 bottles (750 mL each) sparkling white grape juice, chilled
6 cups white cranberry juice, chilled
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
ICE RING
5 cups water, divided
assorted fruits (cranberries, cherries, orange and lemon slices)

Instructions
FOR ICE RING-
Lightly coate a decorative tube cake pan or gelatin mold with cooking spray.
Add half cup of water.
arrange fruit and mint in pan as desired. Freez until solid.
Gently add remaining water, arrange more fruit and mint as desired.
Freeze until ready to use.
Just before serving, combine the juices and lemonade concentrate in punchbowl.
Float ice ring, fruit side up in the punch bowl.
For a more layered look add water to the cake pan, and arrange fruit in pan and freeze. Repeat until you have as many layers as you want.
For a faster preparation, add all the water to the pan, arrange the fruit on top and freeze.
Can substitute sparkling wine and add rum and a splash of Roses lime juice to make it alcoholic sangria.
