Note- I like to put some dried pepper flakes in it
In a large skillet, saute the zucchini and yellow squash over medium heat until reduced to about 1-1/2 cups, about 10 minutes. Transfer to small bowl. Add onion, cheeses, parsley, marjoram, and garlic.
In a large bowl, combine the bisquick, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs and oil just until combined. Fold in squash mixture.
Spray 9x13 cake pan with Pam. Bake in oven preheated at 350 degrees for about 25 mintues or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
