     Corn Bread (Aunt Margaret's)

9 cups boiling water
6 cups corn meal
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick of margerine
2 cups milk
6 eggs beaten

Boil water, add meal, salt & sugar and beat fast. Add margarine, stir until moist then add eggs and milk and mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 baking pan, bake at 425 for approx. 25 min until lightly brown, cover with foil bake for additional hour until firm. in a 350 oven. Let cool, slice & serve.
