     TCs Jessie's Meatballs

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs
1 small can italian seasoned tomato paste
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together with hands.
Scope and shape meatballs
Brown in skillet, turning or rolling frequently.
Add to your favorite sauce and simmer. Can use a portion and freeze the remainder.
