     TCs Cornbread

Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cup yellow self-rising cornmeal
1 cup regular or self-rising flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 Tbls sugar
2 eggs
1 to 2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oiled cast iron skillet in 400 degree oven.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, buttermilk, and oil to make thick batter. Pour into hot skillet.
Bread is done when top is lightly browned.
