1 container marinated mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
1 bunch organic basil
1 pint organic grape tomatoes
Organic extra virgin olive oil
Fleur de Sel (if available) or sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Toothpicks
Instructions
To assemble- wrap a basil leaf around a tomato and spear them onto one end of a toothpick. On the other end, spear a bocconcini, creating a mini caprese salad bite.
Arrange in concentric circles on a round platter or line up side by side on a rectangular platter. Drizzle with really good extra virgin olive oil, Fluer de Sel or sea salt and cracked black pepper.
