1/2 cup RED COOKING WINE -chilled

1 Tbl. Lea and Perrin's WORCESTERSHIRE

2 teas. OREGANO
|
|

2 teas GARLIC POWDER
|
|
1 teas. ground SAVORY
|
|
1 teas. ground THYME
|

1 teas. SALT
|

1/2 cup Hunt's KETCHUP
|

Instructions |

|
Chill wine. Preheat oven to 400, and prepare veggies and crackers.
|
|
|
In large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, wine, worcestershire, and spices, including salt. (it's not pretty).
|
|
|
Add beef, veggies, and crackers. Mix and squish all together thoroughly.
|
|
|
Pat mixture into a loaf pan and spread ketchup on top. Bake at 400 approxmately an hour. Sprinkle slices lightly with additional salt.

Serve with Mashed Potatoes and a veggie.
