Beef Fajita & Corn Salad with Salsa Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
1 pound uncooked marinated Beef for Fajitas
1 1/2 cups frozen Corn Kernels
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
2 tablesppon Specialty Salsa
1 bag(8oz) Shredded Lettuce1 cup coarsely crushed Tortilla Chips
2 medium Tomatoes, diced
1 to 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Heat a large, non stick skillet over medium high heat 3 minutes. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray. Add fajitas; cook 3 minutes per side or until done. Remove to a plate and set aside.
Add corn to any juices remaining in skillet; saute 2 minutes or until thawed. Remove skillet from heat; cut fajitas across the grain into thin strips; cut strips into bite-sized pieces. Stir beef, dressing, and salsa into skillet mixture.
Arrange lettuce shreds on individual plates or a serving platter. Spoon beef and dressing mixture over lettuce. Top with crushed tortillas, diced tomatoes and cheese.
