Pour 1/2 C of Tomato Sauce into a 2 qt shallow baking dish; set aside. In a large bowl, combine Beef, Parsley, Minced Onion, Oregano, Marjoram, Cottage Cheese and Garlic. Mix with your hands until combined. Divided mix equally among 8 shells and stuff into shells. Place shells in baking dish, pour remaining sauce over shells.
