Ingredients
1 lrg can Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp Oregano & Marjoram Leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg Manicotti Shells
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp instant Onions
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 C Jack Cheese
 
1 C Cottage Cheese

Instructions
Pour 1/2 C of Tomato Sauce into a 2 qt shallow baking dish; set aside. In a large bowl, combine Beef, Parsley, Minced Onion, Oregano, Marjoram, Cottage Cheese and Garlic. Mix with your hands until combined. Divided mix equally among 8 shells and stuff into shells. Place shells in baking dish, pour remaining sauce over shells.
Cover dish with foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle on Jack and Parmesan Cheese. Return to oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until Cheese is melted.
