Ingredients
Filling-
2 c ricotta cheese (1 lrg container)
2 eggs
2 tbsp parmesean cheese, shredded
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c mozarella cheee, shredded
Italian seasoning and parsley to taste
 
Shells-
4 eggs
1 c water
1 c flour
1 tsp salt
Sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions
Whisk ingredients for shells together, add water and flour to get thin pancake consistency. Heat small skillet and brown pancakes lightly on each side.
Mixing filling ingredients and refrigerate until ready to stuff shells.
Place thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan. Roll small amount of filling in each pancake and place in pace.
Top with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
