Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package 8oz cream cheese softened
1 egg lightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup 6oz semi sweet morsels
 
Instructions
Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions for cupcakes.
Fill 24 paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Fold in chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls into batter.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cupcake comes out clean.
